Organic White Wheat Flour (with added Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin & Thiamin), Organic
Wholemeal Wheat Flour, Organic Malted Wheat Flakes, Organic Malted Barley Flour, Water*, Sea
Salt*, Yeast*

Please note that all our Baker Tom bread, pastries etc will arrive with you on their stated BB date. This is due to a rule by EHO to say Baker Tom bread has a one day date on it because it has been wrapped but has no preservatives or other nasties in it. Every Baker Tom product you purchase from us is completely fresh, and if stored appropriately will last at least 3-4 days.
